Meadowbrook Care Center in Northeast Cincinnati seeks an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead daily clinical and administrative operations. You will drive profitability, ensure regulatory compliance, and guide policy development for sustained quality care.

The role requires strong leadership, budget management, and the ability to coordinate with sales/marketing to promote the facility's programs within the community.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in healthcare.
• Current Ohio LNHA license.
• Minimum 3 years of administrator experience in long-term care.
• Demonstrated leadership in management, planning, budgeting, marketing and quality improvement.

Responsibilities

• Set and evaluate financial and programmatic goals for the facility and conduct annual goal reviews.
• Monitor monthly facility performance against budget and take corrective actions as needed.
• Recruit, hire, and orient staff to support facility programs and services.
