Mount Zion Health & Rehab Center in Mt. Zion, IL is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. This senior leadership role focuses on delivering quality resident care, developing staff, and fostering a positive, compliant culture.

You will direct daily operations, oversee budgets and staffing, ensure regulatory readiness, and collaborate with clinical leadership to drive outcomes and survey readiness.

Qualifications

• Current Illinois LNHA license or eligibility required.
• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of senior healthcare management experience preferred.
• Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and long-term care operations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Experience with budgeting, staffing, and financial management.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day operations of the facility.
• Lead, support, and develop department managers and staff.
