Maple Gardens in Eaton, OH seeks a LNHA- Nursing Home Administrator to lead and manage the facility on a day-to-day basis. The role requires guiding staff to meet federal and state standards and promoting high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as a Healthcare Administrator or AIT.
• Current Nursing Home Administrator License in Ohio.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to foster a TEAM environment amongst staff.
• Prior experience in staff development.
• Ability to multitask; proven track record in census and revenue growth.
• Competent in organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to facilitate group.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn new applications.
