Edgewood Manor Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, Port Clinton, OH, seeks an experienced Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, resident-centered care, staff development, budgeting, and strong communication with residents and families.

A valid Ohio LNHA license is required, with leadership experience in a skilled nursing setting preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio LNHA license (required).
• Proven leadership experience in skilled nursing or long-term care.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance and survey processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for all facility departments and operations.

• Oversee admissions, census development, and community relationships.
• Manage budgets, financial performance, and operational goals.
• Maintain strong communication with residents, families, and the care team.
