Hopewell Grove Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Chillicothe, OH is seeking an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our facility. You will oversee resident care, staff, regulatory compliance, and financial performance, ensuring the highest standards of service and safety.

The LNHA will build a collaborative team, implement policies, manage budgets, monitor quality initiatives, and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and regulatory agencies,

Qualifications

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) in Ohio
• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, or related field; Master’s degree preferred
• 3–5 years as LNHA in long-term care with 2+ years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of CMS guidelines and state/federal standards
• Proven leadership, communication, and budget management skills

Responsibilities

• Oversee all facility operations and ensure high-quality resident care.
