Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years as a Healthcare Administrator or AIT.
• Current Nursing Home Administrator License in OH.
• Experience in staff development (hiring, coaching, performance management, discipline, delegation).
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Proven track record in census and revenue growth with budget and operating expense control.
• Competent in organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal skills with the ability to facilitate group sessions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with ability to learn new applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership and management of the facility.
• Lead all day to day operations of the facility in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and nursing home policies.
• Promote the highest degree of quality care for the residents.
