The Pavilion at Kenton in Covington, KY, is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our warm, community-focused skilled care home. The LNHA directs overall facility operations, quality of care, compliance, and culture to provide a gracious, home-like environment for residents.

We require prior SNF/LTC leadership, an active Kentucky LNHA license, and a passion for quality care. This is a full-time role in a historic but vibrant campus with a chapel, garden, and café.

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in Kentucky.
• Prior Nursing Home Administrator experience in a SNF/LTC setting.
• Experience directing operations in a skilled nursing facility and ensuring compliance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the skilled nursing facility.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and survey readiness.
• Lead department heads and support staff development.
• Manage census, budgets, and financial performance.
• Foster a positive culture for residents, families, and staff.
