Arcadialtc is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead daily facility operations in Springfield, IL. You will ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines and manage budgets, documentation, and staffing procedures to deliver high-quality resident care.

The role requires an active LNHA license, a preferred bachelor’s degree in a health-related field, and at least two years of supervisory experience in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Must hold an active LNHA license.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health Administration, Business Administration, or health-related field preferred.
• 2 years in a supervisor role; healthcare experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensure facility operations comply with Federal, State, Local, and Company guidelines.
• Oversee budgets, documentation, training, employment procedures, resident and visitor procedures and policies.
• Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth and care, upholding the Care without Compromise standard.
