Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• Oklahoma Nursing Home Administrator license.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Two or more years of Nursing Home Administration experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall management of the clinical, regulatory, administrative, and financial direction of the Medicare-certified facility.
• Ensure facility compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory guidelines; recommend operational changes as needed.
• Ensure and improve the financial stability of the facility.
