Summary Responsibilities

• Responsible for the overall management of the clinical, regulatory, administrative, and financial direction of our Medicare-certified facility.
• Oversee facility compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
• Maintain knowledge of regulatory guidelines; recommend operational changes as needed.
• Ensure and improve the financial stability of the facility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• Oklahoma Nursing Home Administrator license.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Two (2) or more years of Nursing Home Administration experience.

Desired Experience

• Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills.
• Proven success in operations, compliance, sustainable census building, sound financial performance, excellent survey history, and superior satisfaction.
