Job summary

Signature HealthCARE LLC’s Oakview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center is seeking an Executive Director, Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA). A dynamic leader will guide the facility with an entrepreneurial spirit, focusing on resident-centered care, talent development, and financial stewardship.

Must hold a current LNHA license in the state, with at least 3 years of SNF operation experience and a track record of improving clinical outcomes, staff satisfaction, and business results.

Qualifications

• Must have a current LNHA license in the state of location.
• Three (3) years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Demonstrated success in LNHA leadership measured by clinical outcomes, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes.
