• Minimum of two years experience in the health care field.
• Level of education sufficient to meet state requirements.
• State certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Acts as the Compliance Officer for the facility.
• Ensures center compliance with federal, state and company regulations and policies.
• Ensures practices and policies are carried out in an ethical manner.
• Ensures that Standard of Care and services provided are of the highest quality.
• Oversees completion of forms and reports including licensure, monthly financial reports, surveys, and plans of correction.
• Other duties may be assigned with or without notice.
• Ability to implement facility and company philosophy of care.
• Current knowledge of local, state and federal guidelines and regulations.
• Maintain neat, well-groomed and professional appearance.
• Dependability.
