Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Terre Haute is seeking an Executive Director, Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead a 176-bed facility in Terre Haute, Indiana. You will drive patient-centered care and oversee strategic growth while managing resources and staff.

Ideal candidates hold an LNHA license, have at least 3 years of skilled nursing leadership, and bring P&L experience along with capability to leverage AI tools to enhance operations.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) with strong leadership and strategic direction.
• Three (3) years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Proven track record in P&L responsibility and driving results.

What you Need to make a Difference:

• Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state.
• Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Must demonstrate success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes.
• Previous P&L responsibility required and comfortability with AI tools preferred.
