Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our Terre Haute facility. You will champion patient-centered care, mentor staff, and drive quality outcomes in a dynamic long-term care environment. The ideal candidate holds a current LNHA license, has 3+ years operating a skilled nursing facility, and demonstrated P&L success.

Experience with AI tools is a plus. You will guide strategy, ensure accountability, and advocate for excellent resident and family

Qualifications

Must hold a current LNHA license in the location of employment.
Three (3) years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
Previous P&L responsibility required; comfort with AI tools preferred.

Responsibilities

What you Need to make a Difference

Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state.

Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility.

Must demonstrate success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes.

Previous P&L responsibility required and comfortability with AI tools preferred.
