Job summary

Atrium Centers Lexington Court Care Center is seeking a licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our facility operations, ensuring regulatory compliance and high‑quality resident care. You will supervise nursing staff and support personnel, oversee budgets, and cultivate a respectful, resident‑centered culture.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of healthcare facility management experience, strong supervisory and communication skills, and a preferred bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Current state Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–3 years managing a healthcare or long-term care facility
• Proven operations management experience in healthcare
• Strong supervisory and performance management skills
• Knowledge of resident rights, care plans, and nursing home regulations
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of facility operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and standards
• Supervise nursing staff and support personnel to maintain high standards of care
• Ensure facility compliance at federal and state levels, including routine inspections
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare professionals
• Promote resident rights, respect, and dignity
• Manage budgets, resources, and staffing to optimize operational efficiency
• Coordinate with social workers to address residents’ emotional and social needs
• Implement staff training programs on best practices in care techniques
• Foster a positive environment that encourages resident engagement and participation

What You Bring
