Job summary

Lakeside Health & Rehabilitation Center in Richmond, VA is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing and rehabilitation community. This leadership role focuses on resident-centered care, staff development, and operational excellence.

The LNHA will oversee regulatory compliance, quality improvement initiatives, budgeting, and collaboration with regional leadership to achieve strategic goals. A Virginia LNHA license and relevant experience are required.

Qualifications

• Current Virginia LNHA license is required.
• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, nursing home administration, business administration, or related field.
• Master's degree is preferred for leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership for daily facility operations.
• Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations.
• Drive quality measures and survey readiness.

Qualifications

• Previous leadership experience as a Nursing Home Administrator in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success in regulatory compliance, census development, financial management, employee engagement, and quality improvement
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
