Signature HealthCARE in Terre Haute seeks an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our skilled nursing facility with a focus on innovation and quality of care.

You will guide operations, manage financial performance, and develop a high-performing team in a changing healthcare landscape. A current LNHA license and a track record of strong clinical and business results are essential for this leadership role.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LNHA license in the state of location or be willing to obtain if licensed in another state.
• Three (3) years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Proven success in LNHA leadership as measured by clinical outcomes, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the SNF facility with innovative and visionary leadership.
• Provide customer-focused leadership, develop talent, and ensure accountability across the organization.
• Oversee P&L, drive business development, and deliver strong financial outcomes.
• Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to improve quality of care and overall resident experience.
