Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Terre Haute seeks an innovative Executive Director, Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) to lead our 176-bed facility in Terre Haute, Indiana. You will drive operational excellence, talent development, and strategic growth while delivering patient-centered care and quality outcomes.

Must hold a current LNHA license, have at least 3 years of skilled nursing leadership, and oversee P&L responsibilities with a focus on staff satisfaction and financial performance.

Qualifications

• LNHA license current in the location or able to obtain if licensed elsewhere.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Previous P&L responsibility with strong financial outcomes; comfort with AI tools preferred.

What you Need to make a Difference:

Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state.Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility.Must demonstrate success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes.Previous P&L responsibility required and comfortability with AI tools preferred.
