Lead financial, quality and operational performance, maintain infection control and regulatory compliance, coordinate state inspections, and manage budgets while engaging with residents, families and physicians. Salary ranges $110,946 to $138,682 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 3 to 5 years of managerial experience in a long-term care setting.
• Active New Jersey LNHA license.
• Master's degree (preferred).
• 5+ years of managerial long-term care experience (preferred).
• CASP certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance with infection control, fire safety, sanitation, and universal precaution standards.
• Coordinate state health inspections and survey processes, and manage relationships with residents, families, physicians, and government agencies.
• Build and manage departmental budgets, labor costs, and operating supplies.
• Lead our compliance program, including the Compliance Hotline and standards of conduct.
• Meet regularly with residents and families to address concerns and build trust.
• Recommend and implement process improvements that support the community's goals.

Schedule

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. No weekend or holiday coverage required for this role.
