Who We Are Looking For

• At least 2 years of leadership experience as an Administrator in a large skilled nursing community.
• A proven track record of success, including the ability to discuss survey outcomes and implement quality improvements.
• A current and valid LNFA license in Texas.
• The willingness to relocate if necessary.
