Job summary

Signature HealthCARE is seeking a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead our Terre Haute facility. You will steer operations, ensure patient-centered care, and drive regulatory compliance in a fast-evolving healthcare environment.

Ideal candidates have an LNHA license, 3+ years of SNF leadership, and proven P&L oversight. Familiarity with AI tools for operations analytics is preferred, with relocation to Terre Haute as part of this opportunity.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LNHA license in the applicable state or be willing to obtain.
• Three years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Proven P&L responsibility and financial oversight experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for the facility with focus on quality of care and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee operations, staffing, budget, and performance metrics to drive results.

What you Need to make a Difference:

Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state.Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility.Must demonstrate success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes.Previous P&L responsibility required and comfortability with AI tools preferred.
