Job summary

Signature HealthCARE of Terre Haute is seeking an Executive Director / LNHA to lead a 176-bed facility. You will drive patient-centered care, healthcare quality, and spiritual initiatives while managing operations, finances, and staff development.

Requirements include a current LNHA license and at least 3 years of skilled nursing leadership, with proven P&L experience. Expect an entrepreneurial role with strong emphasis on talent development and strategic outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LNHA license in the applicable state.
• Three years of experience operating a skilled nursing facility.
• Previous P&L responsibility required; comfort with AI tools is a plus.

What you Need to make a Difference:

Must have a current LNHA license in current State of location or willing to obtain if licensed in another state.Three (3) years of experience in operating a skilled nursing facility.Must demonstrate success in previous LNHA experience as measured by clinical evidence, staff satisfaction and retention, business development results, and financial outcomes.Previous P&L responsibility required and comfortability with AI tools preferred.
