$90,000.00/yr - $105,000.00/yr

Position Summary:

As an LHNA Administrator, you'll manage all aspects of our healthcare facility to deliver exceptional patient care, foster a vibrant employee community, and engage with the local community.

Responsibilities & Duties:
  • Manage costs efficiently
  • Drive compliance and grow our patient community, ensuring top-tier healthcare services
  • Monitor nursing care quality through regular rounds
  • Maintain the facility's appearance and smooth operation of support departments
  • Foster positivity and high morale among staff
  • Champion patient and resident needs
  • Prioritize outstanding customer service for internal teams and external clients
Qualifications:
