Your Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Administrator who will oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility to meet State and Federal regulations while ensuring compliance. The administrator is responsible for the delivery of clinical services integrated with business plans to meet clinical, performance, and financial goals. We seek someone committed long-term who can bring measurable impact to our organization.

Your Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of two years’ experience in long-term care or similar experience.
• Excellent communication skills with a drive to create, improve, and sustain positive relationships with healthcare workers and visitors.

Your Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between governing body and center personnel.
• Ensure compliance with all Federal, State, and company regulations and policies.
• Maintain the highest ethical standards in all practices and policies.
