Job summary

PARADIGM HEALTHCARE is seeking a licensed Nursing Home Administrator to oversee day-to-day operations at Nazareth Living Care Center in El Paso, TX. You will ensure regulatory compliance, fiscal performance, and quality of resident care while leading a multidisciplinary team.

The role requires strong leadership, clinical knowledge, and the ability to implement policies, manage budgets, and drive continuous improvement in a complex long-term care facility.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator.
• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health Administration or Business Administration or health-related field preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and regulatory knowledge for long-term care.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations and ensure regulatory compliance across federal, state, and local standards.
• Direct facility programs, budgets, and risk management to achieve financial and quality goals.
• Recruit, supervise, and develop department directors and staff.
• Monitor resident care, safety, and privacy while maintaining a warm facility atmosphere.
• Review financial statements, participate in budgeting, and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Communicate with Medical Director and governing board on performance and compliance.
