LeaderStat, LLC is assisting a respected faith-based, not-for-profit senior care organization in Columbus, GA to find an experienced Nursing Home Administrator for its skilled nursing facility. The role seeks a LNHA who can lead teams, improve culture, strengthen operations and drive strong survey and clinical outcomes.

Compensation is approximately $120K–$140K, depending on experience, with a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities to impact resident care and regulatory performance.
