Job summary

Genesis is seeking a Nursing Center Administrator to lead operations at our Pembroke, NC facility. You will monitor financial performance, guide department heads, promote the center in the community, and drive engagement while upholding our values and delivering compassionate care.

The ideal candidate is licensed, has strong communication and management skills, understands government regulations affecting nursing centers, and is available for on-call duties.

Qualifications

• Licensed according to state regulations.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Thorough knowledge of administrative management techniques, supervisory practices, procedures, and principles.
• Working knowledge of all government regulations impacting Nursing Centers.
• On-call availability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor nursing center financial reports and implement corrective action as required.
• Lead, guide and direct the nursing center department heads who are direct reports.
• Promote and represent the nursing center in the community to ensure favorable public relations.
• Create an environment where employees are highly engaged, abide by our core values, and are focused on providing the highest level of care and compassion to patients/residents.
• Ensure regulatory and policy compliance within the nursing center.
