Job summary

Northeast Rehabilitation Hospital Network is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant to support nursing staff and deliver patient-centered care in a rehabilitation setting. Under the direction of a registered nurse, you will assist with selected patient care and unit activities while upholding our commitment to dignity and respect.

We emphasize a safe, healing environment, infection control, and adherence to NH state regulations.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a NH State approved nursing assistant course or its equivalent.
• Licensed as a nursing assistant in the State of New Hampshire
• Trained and certified biennially in BLS Healthcare Provider Level CPR.

Responsibilities

• Under the general direction of a registered nurse, the LNA performs selected patient care and unit activities.
• The assistant must be supportive of the rehabilitation process.
• Interactions with patient and family shall demonstrate respect for them as individuals.
• The LNA is accountable to perform in accordance with hospital policies and Nursing Act and Rehabilitation Standards of Care.
