Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) – Per Diem

Responsibilities:
* Provide direct patient care under the supervision of an RN or LPN
* Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and feeding
* Monitor and report changes in residents’ conditions
* Ensure patient safety and comfort at all times
* Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
* Support a positive, team-focused work environment

Requirements:
* Active New Hampshire LNA license (in good standing)
* Current BLS/CPR certification
* Minimum 6 months of LNA experience preferred
* Physical and TB test taken within a year
* Ability to work flexible per diem shifts, including evenings, weekends, or holidays
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
