Job summary

Genesis HealthCare, Inc. is seeking Licensed Nursing Assistants in the Peterborough, NH area to provide high-quality care under RN supervision. The position offers shift differentials, pay in lieu of benefits, and opportunities for growth within a compassionate team.

As an LNA/MNA, you will assist residents with ADLs, monitor changes in condition, and contribute to care planning. Prior certification completion is required, with a supportive work environment and competitive pay.

Responsibilities

• The Licensed Nursing Assistant - LNA works under the direction of Registered Nurses to provide specific direct and indirect patient and resident care.
• Assist patients and residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, etc.-BR-
• Report changes in patient and residents' condition, patient/family concerns or complaints to charge nurse and/or supervisor.
• Participate in the care planning process.

Restrictions apply based on collective bargaining agreements, applicable state law and factors such as pay classification, job grade, location, and length of service.

Posted Salary Range

USD $28.75 - USD $37.50 /Hr.
