Job summary

AvaMed Workforce is seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for an evening contract at Mountain View Center in Rutland, VT. The role supports residents during evenings (2:00 PM–10:00 PM) on a travel or local basis, with about 8 weeks of assignment and every-other-weekend commitments.

• Location: Mountain View Ctr, Rutland, VT
• Dates: 11/02/2026 - 12/28/2026 (about 8 weeks)
• Shift: Evenings, 2:00 PM-10:00 PM (8-hour shifts, 30-min meal)
• Every other weekend commitment
• All requested time off must be approved before the contract is finalized
• Must have your own transportation (very limited public transit in the area)
