Job summary

RiverMead Lifecare Community in Peterborough, NH is hiring Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs), Caregivers, and Patient Care Assistants to join our resident-centered healthcare team on the 2nd shift (3-11 pm).

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) license in New Hampshire.
• Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program.
• CPR certification required.
• Long-term care or healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work on a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct resident care under supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition.
• Maintain accurate documentation and support a safe, respectful environment.

Compensation

• hourly rates are based on base pay + 2nd shift differential*
