Responsibilities

1. The Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) works under the direction of Registered Nurses to provide direct and indirect patient and resident care.
2. Assist patients and residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, etc.
3. Report changes in patient and resident conditions, as well as patient/family concerns or complaints, to the charge nurse and/or supervisor.
4. Participate in the care planning process.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant program.
