Job description

Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) - Staffing Resource, Nights

The Licensed Nursing Assistant assists in various aspects of patient care within the prescribed skills and qualifications of this position. Responsibilities include:

  1. Assisting RN/LPN/other healthcare providers with examinations and treatments as requested.
  2. Preparing equipment for procedures as directed.
  3. Providing basic care related to activities of daily living, including bathing, skin care, movement and exercise, elimination, bowel/bladder training, and nutrition, under the supervision of the RN/LPN.

Qualifications include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Training in 12-lead EKG and glucose meter use preferred.
  • Minimum of two years experience in relevant skills preferred.
  • Computer experience preferred.
  • New Hampshire LNA license and BLS certification (within 3 months of hire and maintained biannually) required.
