Genesis HealthCare is seeking Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNA) for full-time evening and days shifts in Vermont. The role provides opportunities to work under Registered Nurses to deliver direct and indirect resident care and support daily living activities. A $5,000 retention bonus is offered for full-time hires.

Responsibilities include assisting with ADLs, reporting changes in patients’ conditions, and participating in care planning to ensure high-quality care for residents.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant program.

Responsibilities

• The Licensed Nursing Assistant - LNA works under the direction of Registered Nurses to provide specific direct and indirect patient and resident care.
• Assist patients and residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, etc.
• Report changes in patient and residents' condition, patient/family concerns or complaints to charge nurse and/or supervisor.
• Participate in the care planning process.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state approved certified nursing assistant program.
