Job summary

Genesis HealthCare in Newport, Vermont is actively seeking a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to work under RN supervision and deliver direct and indirect resident care. This full-time role covers evening and day shifts with a retention bonus for all full-time hires.

You will assist residents with ADLs, document changes, and participate in care planning while benefiting from a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth within a supportive team environment.

• State-approved CNA program completed.

Responsibilities

The Licensed Nursing Assistant - LNA works under the direction of Registered Nurses to provide specific direct and indirect patient and resident care.

• Assist patients and residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, etc.-BR-
• Report changes in patient and residents' condition, patient/family concerns or complaints to charge nurse and/or supervisor.
• Participate in the care planning process.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state approved certified nursing assistant program.
