Foxden Retirement Community seeks a kind, dependable Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) for evening shifts. This part-time role offers meaningful work supporting residents during 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and opportunities for personal growth in senior care.

We value compassionate, patient care and a positive attitude. You'll assist with daily routines, supervise medications as directed, document care, and provide companionship, all while joining a supportive, team‑oriented staff committed to resident

Qualifications

• Must have English language proficiency (reading/writing/speaking).
• High school diploma or GED required; NH nursing license active and unrestricted preferred.
• Previous caregiving experience is a plus, but we will train the right person.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with evening routines and daily needs.
• Supervise and document medications as directed.
• Assist in dining room during supper service and set tables for dining.
• Provide companionship and support to residents during the evening.
• Respond promptly to call bells and resident requests.
• Communicate resident concerns and updates to the team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Helping residents with evening routines and daily needs

• Setting tables and helping create a pleasant dining experience

• Providing companionship, support, and reassurance throughout the evening

We're Looking For Someone Who:

• Has a positive attitude and enjoys working with people

• Is reliable, compassionate, and patient

• Can stay calm and professional during emergencies

• Works well independently and as part of a team

• Can speak, read, write, and understand English

• Has a high school diploma or GED

• Holds an active, unrestricted license in the State of NH
