Job summary

Interim HealthCare - New Hampshire is seeking a compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide high-quality home health care in Peterborough, NH. You will assist with ADLs, meal preparation, and medication reminders in a warm, supportive home environment.

The schedule is Wednesdays (11:30 am – 2:30 pm). Candidates should have a NH LNA license, a high school diploma (or equivalent), and the ability to lift 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and an active NH LNA license.
• Six months of experience in a healthcare role preferred.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs with no restrictions.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, transportation and companionship.
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises.
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways.
• Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies.

As a Home Health LNA, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:
