Job summary

Interim HealthCare - New Hampshire in Alstead is seeking a Home Health Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide personal care and support to an elderly client at home. You will work closely with the client to promote safety, comfort, and independence.

Responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, meals, light housekeeping, medications reminders, and mobility support, with an emphasis on compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and NH LNA license.
• Six months of healthcare experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred, not required.
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
• Valid NH driver's license, and reliable transportation.
• Compassionate and good communicator.

Our Client is an elderlywoman who needs help with personal care including assistance with showers, med reminders, help preparing meals, walks out side in the warmer weather light housekeeping and over all safety.

Pay Rate

• $17.50/HR

As a Home Health LNA , here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do:

• Provide the personal care and support seniors need to live safely at home
• Assist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship
• Help with ambulation, transferring and range of motion exercises
• Provide medication reminders, document their condition and notify a supervisor of any concerns
• Ensure a safe home environment with unobstructed pathways
• Participate in activities that bring clients joy such as puzzles, games, reading and hobbies

A few must-haves for Home Health LNAS:

• High school diploma (or equivalent) and active LNA license in NH
• Six (6) months of experience in a healthcare role, preferred
• CPR certification preferred, not required
• Must be able to lift 50LBS with no restrictions
• Valid NH driver’s license, and transportation
• Compassionate and helping nature, good communicator
