Job summary

Country Village is hiring Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNA) for full-time, part-time and per diem opportunities on the 10:00pm - 6:00am shift in Lancaster, NH. A $2,000 sign-on bonus is offered for full-time positions, with additional benefits and pay-in-lieu options described in our posting.

As an LNA, you will work under the direction of registered nurses to deliver direct and indirect patient and resident care, assist with ADLs, report changes, and contribute to care planning.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a state-approved CNA program.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients with ADLs and daily care under RN supervision.
• Report changes in patient condition to charge nurse or supervisor.
• Participate in the care planning process and ensure resident comfort.

Responsibilities

The Licensed Nursing Assistant - LNA works under the direction of Registered Nurses to provide specific direct and indirect patient and resident care.

• Assist patients and residents with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as personal hygiene, bathing, dressing, etc.-BR-
• Report changes in patient and residents' condition, patient/family concerns or complaints to charge nurse and/or supervisor.
• Participate in the care planning process.

Qualifications

• Successful completion of a state approved certified nursing assistant program.
