Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities and monitoring health conditions
• Ensure a safe, clean, comfortable, and enriching environment
• Provide essential support under supervision and, for higher levels, mentor newer nursing assistants
• Document care provided and monitor residents’ condition, reporting changes to supervisors
