The New Hampshire Veterans Home in Tilton, NH is seeking a Registered Nurse I-III for a full-time day shift. The role involves general nursing duties, monitoring residents, and implementing treatment plans to ensure quality care in a long-term care setting.

Qualifications

• RN I: Graduation from a recognized nursing program with clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Apply nursing process to evaluate and implement care plans.
• Monitor residents and report changes to medical staff.
• Coordinate with care-team and supervise nursing staff.
• Administer medications and manage care plans as applicable.
