Job summary

Franklin County Rehab Center, LLC is seeking compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistants (LNAs) to join our skilled nursing team in Vermont. Valid LNA certification is required.

The role focuses on delivering high-quality, compassionate resident care and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Qualifications

• Valid LNA certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality care to residents in accordance with care plans and facility policies.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and personal care needs.
• Support residents with mobility, transfers, positioning, and other care needs as assigned.
• Observe residents and promptly report changes in condition to the nursing team.
• Maintain a safe, clean, comfortable, and respectful environment for residents.
• Work collaboratively with nurses and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of resident care.
• Promote resident dignity, independence, safety, and quality of life.
• Follow infection control, safety, and facility policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate teamwork, compassion, professionalism, and respect in all interactions.
