Job summary

Premier Rehab & Healthcare at Burlington in Burlington, Vermont, seeks a Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to join our compassionate care team. You will assist residents with daily living activities, work closely with nurses, and contribute to a safe, comfortable environment.

Qualifications include an active LNA certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR/BLS, and at least one year in long-term care. We offer a $3,000 sign-on bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Nursing Assistant certification in good standing with the state.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• No disciplinary action against certification.
• At least one year of experience as CNA in long-term care.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, nurses, and supervisors.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to high-quality resident care.
• Ability to safely assist residents with mobility and ADLs.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living per care plans and policies.
• Provide support to nurses and care team; perform assigned duties.
• Assist with lifting, turning, moving, positioning, and transportation of residents.
• Coordinate dining room services, meal tray delivery, feeding assistance, and document intake.
• Deliver nutritional supplements and document intake.
• Document weights and monitor skin condition; report changes to nurse.
• Complete daily flow sheets and document resident progress.
• Notify nurse/supervisor of factors affecting duties or changes in resident condition.
