Qualifications

• LNA certification is required.
• LNA (Preferred: 1 year experience)

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities, including delivering meals and aiding with mobility.
• Assist residents with personal hygiene and provide nourishing meals and fluids.
• Observe residents and report health concerns to supervising nurse.
• Document resident intake and intake of food and fluids.
• Maintain clean and tidy living areas and assist with feeding and nutrition supplements.
• Transport residents within the facility and assist nursing staff as needed.
