Derry Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an RN or LPN to join our caring team in Derry, NH. The role focuses on delivering patient-centered nursing care, administering medications, and supporting physicians during procedures.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN or LPN with a current license.
• Minimum 1 year nursing experience preferred (RN or LPN).
• Provides nursing care and support to residents as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care to patients as assigned.
• Administers and records medications and treatments as assigned.
• Prepares for and assists Physicians with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• Reinforces health care instructions to patients and families.
• Participates with team in planning, implementing and evaluating care.
• Assists with admission, transfer, and discharge of patients.
• Observes and reports vital signs and patient condition.
• Records observations on patient charts.
• Maintains safe and comfortable environment for patients.
• Assists with unit management and staffing as assigned.
