Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs activities of daily living and personal care under guidance and supervision of the Registered Nurse.
• Performs technical skills/procedures related to physical, mental health and social needs under RN supervision.
• Documents care provided and reports RN on patient observations and data collected.
• Adheres to safe patient handling policy.
• Demonstrates time management skills.
• Maintains patient care areas for cleanliness, safety, and supplies.
• Receives delegated work adhering to the five rights of delegation.
• Performs job-specific requirements and other duties as assigned.
• Serves as a preceptor for new employees.
