Position Overview:

Greenlife Healthcare Staffing is seeking a compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) to provide essential patient care in a Nursing and Rehab Facility in Rutland, VT. This per-diem role involves supporting patients' daily needs, promoting recovery, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure a safe and therapeutic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with bathing, dressing, mobility, and other daily living activities
• Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to nursing staff
• Support rehabilitation therapies by preparing equipment and ensuring patient safety
• Document care provided and maintain accurate patient records
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and physicians to deliver holistic care

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Education: Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant training program
• Licensure/Certifications:
• Active Vermont Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification
• Current BLS certification
• Experience: 1+ year of LNA experience (rehab, long-term care, or acute care preferred)
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in ADLs (activities of daily living), vital sign monitoring, and infection control protocols
