Job summary
Qualifications
- Must hold an Oklahoma LPN or RN license (current and unencumbered).
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a Skilled Nursing or Long Term Care environment.
Responsibilities
- Obtain and administer prescribed medications and treatments.
- Observe residents and record significant conditions and reactions; notify changes.
- Take vital signs and assess health conditions.
- Inform families and physicians of changes in health or medications.
- Adjust care plans and nursing sheets in response to resident changes.
- Prepare and administer injections and/or enemas.
- Collect samples and monitor catheters.
- Provide wound care.
Education
Oklahoma LPN or RN license
1+ year in Skilled Nursing or Long Term Care
