Qualifications

• Current and unencumbered Oklahoma LPN or RN license.
• 1+ year of experience in Skilled Nursing or Long Term Care.
• Experience with medication administration in a nursing setting.
• Ability to observe residents and record changes and notify relevant parties.

Responsibilities

• Obtain and administer prescribed medications and treatments.
• Observe residents and record significant conditions and reactions; notify changes.
• Take vital signs to detect deviations from normal.
• Inform residents’ family and physician of changes in health.
• Modify care plans and ADL sheets with changes in condition.
• Prepare and administer injections and/or enemas.
• Collect samples and monitor catheters.
• Provide wound care.
